We are introducing four new capabilities to the recently launched Multi-Space Content Distribution to make your experience smoother. What's new Story reference updateAfter completing a Clone, Overwrite, or Merge, the system automatically detects broken content referencesFor each broken reference, it suggests which piece of content in the target space it should now point toA review screen lets editors confirm a suggestion, pick a different one, view the original for context, or skip it and keep references brokenDistribution Associations ManagerAssociations linking the same content across spaces (e.g., an English and French version of an article) are still created automatically on cloneEditors can now also manage these connections manually — linking or unlinking content as neededClone with AI TranslationWhen distributing to a space for a different language or region, content can be automatically translated using AI as part of the Clone actionTranslation can be applied to the full story or to selected fields onlyDistribution Status VisualizationNo more piecing together content status across Spaces manually — we've built a single dashboard that lets you visualize content status across all SpacesQuickly and visually identify what still needs to be distributed, what's been received but not yet published, and much more Multi-Space Content Distribution new capabilities are available now on the Elite, Ultimate, and Enterprise Plus plans.
