DaVinci Yachts

DaVinci Yachts is one of the leading boatyards for retro, modern motor yachts and exclusive daysailers in The Netherlands. They build spacious yachts of the highest quality with a classic twist. The previous web design was slightly outdated and the technology behind the website did not meet the current web standards, resulting in a reduced user experience. Time for an upgrade! Skeps was asked to develop a future-proof website with a modern design. Storyblok offered the project solution to satisfy the needs of DaVinci Yachts. With this easy-to-use CMS, the client’s content editors can easily build flexible landing pages. One of the requirements was the ability to import pre-owned yacht models from an XML-feed. Using a custom back-end import function (built with Laravel), we add these pages to Storyblok with use of the Management-API. Content editors can then extend these pages in Storyblok.
