GO IN is a specialist for high-quality catering equipment - this was to be reflected in the new online store after the relaunch. With the help of user-centered methods - such as personas and customer journey maps - a concept was created in the first step that focuses on the requirements and needs of the users. The resulting user interface design was implemented using Shopware and Storyblok. We achieved our goal: a high-quality online store that is focused on the customer and thus generates higher conversions and sales.
