Palo Alto Networks' Fuel User Community
Palo Alto Networks' Fuel user community had become outdated and was no longer meeting their needs. To address this issue, BKJ Digital engaged in consultations with the community's power users to identify areas for improvement and develop an effective solution. Through these consultations, they gained an understanding of the community's requirements and identified limitations of the existing system. One issue was the complex process that knowledge workers had to navigate in order to update information on the site, which slowed down the community's ability to respond to user needs. The agency explored a variety of options and chose to integrate Storyblok and Vercel into a solution. These cutting-edge tools empower knowledge workers to quickly and easily update the content. The integration of these platforms transformed the community's digital presence, making it more agile, responsive, and user-friendly.
