Rico Moda is a multi-brand store for exclusive menswear. The store already had a custom webshop running on a system that was completely separate from the store system. This webshop worked fine, but lacked the exclusive and personal customer experience that Rico Moda wants to offer its customers. The new PWA front end offers innovative solutions such as authentication through fingerprint or Face ID and an omnichannel loyalty program. In addition, Rico Moda wanted to fully integrate the webshop and store for their omnichannel strategy.
