Australian National Couriers (ANC) is a company that provides home delivery and corporate delivery fleet services in Australia, founded in 1990. The project's goal was to create a sophisticated website that would serve as an intricate self-service portal. Utilizing Storyblok, ANC gained a flexible and efficient website. The bespoke solution reduced customer calls by tens of thousands monthly, cutting operational costs while enhancing customer sentiment. The new system allowed customers to personalize delivery dates, instructions and rescheduling, fostering satisfaction and repeat purchases. Post-launch, 20,000 customers embraced self-service actions, affirming the success of this digital solution.
