Best IT transformed their monolithic WordPress setup into a modern Jamstack architecture using Next.js and Storyblok. The project addressed performance issues, content management inefficiencies, and a lack of team autonomy. Naturaily developed 70 modular React components (templates, organisms, molecules, atoms) with Storyblok's Visual Editor, enabling real-time content management. Key achievements include dramatically improved Core Web Vitals (Performance score from 24 to 100, LCP from 1.4s to 0.6s, TTI from 4.3s to 0.9s), enhanced security through headless architecture, PWA implementation for offline access, and complete content management autonomy for their marketing team without developer dependency.
