Heel is a leading provider of naturopathic preparations. For the DTC brand “Dein NEO,” a step-by-step CMS migration from Kontent.ai to Storyblok was implemented—as an isolated pilot with a view to long-term technological realignment. The goal was to replace an existing CMS with Storyblok in a cost-efficient and risk-minimized manner. The focus was on editorial freedom, long-term scalability, and smooth integration into the existing composable setup. foobar Agency took care of the Storyblok setup, the technical connection to the existing Vue Storefront (Alokai) frontend, and the implementation of reusable components for the product detail pages. The component development was carried out iteratively and in close collaboration with the editorial team, allowing us to align with internal workflows and respond flexibly to specific content needs. The migration went smoothly and strengthens the editorial independence and scalability of the platform.
