Klöckner & Co: Global Multi-Tenant Corporate CMS Migration
Klöckner & Co SE migrated its global corporate website ecosystem from Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to Storyblok — a multi-tenant, multi-language enterprise setup covering several country and brand sites. The migration, executed by synaigy, was largely automated: custom process workflows analyzed and transformed unstructured AEM content into structured Storyblok content models. Existing AEM layouts, embedded responsive logics, and modular content structures were mapped into newly defined Storyblok models, enabling Klöckner & Co to independently develop its new frontend. The process included a proof of concept phase, automated data transfer, AI driven model optimization, and the implementation of complex rights, roles, and workflow systems ensuring compliance and security for a publicly listed company.
