Monoma

Monoma turns vacant properties into safe, temporary spaces, working with commercial and public partners to reduce risk, protect property value and keep neighbourhoods alive. Its old website ran on an outdated CMS, generated no leads and never explained how Monoma's different branches fit together. The new site had one job: turn a layered story into a steady flow of enquiries. Using Storyblok as the headless CMS behind a custom Next.js front end, Stuurmen built separate routes for property owners and residents, so each audience finds its own answer fast. A project overview and an interactive map show the work in real places. The Monoma team now runs the site themselves. They build and test landing pages, create new forms and manage available housing without relying on developers. Every form feeds straight into Salesforce, so no enquiry gets lost. The result: noticeably more leads, from a website that finally tells the whole story.
