Real Thread
Real Thread needed to move from Prismic to a more flexible and editor-friendly content setup. The entire site was migrated to Storyblok on NextJS and Vercel, with documents and blocks restructured to improve the editing experience and make content easier to maintain. The migration covered 1,478 documents, 111 blocks, 2,334 assets, and 18 datasources. The new setup also includes Storyblok live preview, allowing editors to work directly in the page view, plus custom features such as a Redirect Configuration interface and Product Manager. As a result, the content team gained more control and reduced its reliance on developers.
