Stertil-Koni — One Codebase, Multiple International Websites

Stertil-Koni, the global manufacturer of heavy-duty vehicle lifting systems (active in 45+ countries since 1947), needed a way to launch and maintain country-specific websites without multiplying codebases or CMS instances. 0to9 built a single Next.js platform on Vercel, backed by one shared Storyblok space, where each country's content lives in its own folder and every site reuses the same components, templates, and deployment pipeline. Launching a new market becomes a matter of provisioning, not rebuilding: our internal tooling duplicates an existing country's content tree into a new folder, automatically remapping every internal reference, and provisions the new site's Vercel project in minutes. The platform runs four live country sites today, with the UK and USA launching next on the same shared codebase.
