A leading international university's website had become a bottleneck. Built on SharePoint, every content update required a developer, leaving the MarCom team unable to manage their own digital presence. Across 25000+ pages, content was outdated and some were stale or duplicated, and the platform bore little resemblance to the institution's current brand or content strategy. Primero made the case for leaving SharePoint behind entirely and did an assessment to choose the Headless CMS which works for the organization. Storyblok topped that list against the competitor. The full web presence was redesigned and migrated into Storyblok, with content strategy and design built in parallel. A Custom Workflow Engine was Built entirely for the Hospital Staff to manage their dynamic content of Finding Doctors, Booking Appointments and Managing Pages. The result is a platform the MarCom team across each department owns. Content is current and consistent, and the platform is built to scale.
